Lightly rinse the pillow after sauna use under the shower or machine wash. Wash before use. Wash separately. Shrinkage 5 %. Stretch to shape when wet after washing. Do not leave the pillow too near a hot sauna stove. Gentle cycle 40 °C. Iron on medium heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
